Your Partner For Bold Change

Create Your Best Future With My Support

Coach Andrew Moss

You’re ambitious, thoughtful, and deeply committed to building a life — and a future — that aligns with your values.

But let’s be honest: even with vision and drive, navigating change isn’t easy. You might feel stuck in a role that no longer fits, uncertain about what’s next, or afraid that taking a bold step could backfire. The stakes are high — for your career, your family, your wellbeing, and your sense of purpose.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Coach Andrew Moss. For over 30 years, I’ve supported high-performing humans — Olympians, entrepreneurs, CEOs, students, and social impact leaders — through moments of transition, doubt, and reinvention.

My role isn’t to give you all the answers. It’s to help you clear the noise, reconnect with your own wisdom, and take bold steps — with structure, support, and clarity.

If change were easy to do alone,
you’d have done it already.

April 2025 Update

I am stepping away from my coaching practice effective April 2025.

After more than three decades coaching high performers — from Olympic athletes to visionary CEOs — I've made the decision to step away from coaching.

Not because I've lost the fire.
But because the fire has grown too big to stay in one room.

Pathfinders For Good is the work of my lifetime.

Not a pivot — an elevation.

There's one question that has quietly driven my entire career:

"Why aren't they figuring this out for themselves?”

It started when I was teaching kids to swim.
My goal wasn't just to make them safe — it was to instill a love for the water that would pull them forward.

It followed me as I coached elite athletes chasing podiums.
They were the expert; I was the mirror.

And it burned brightly when I sat across from talented CEOs and university students — brilliant, capable — still playing far too small a game for the lives they were meant to live.

For nearly four decades, I've been obsessed with what gets in the way — and what helps us get out of our own way.

That same curiosity now powers Pathfinders.

It's not just a content platform.
It's a movement.

A movement to lift the people already doing the work of building a better future — and give them a place, a team, a stage, and a system of support that says:

"You're not crazy. You're not alone. And you're not too late."

This shift didn't come out of nowhere.

On a year-long sailing journey around the world, I had to unlearn the habit of leading by doing.

I had to trade control for trust — self-reliance for teamwork.
It rewired how I see leadership.

And it made it clear that the best work of my life would be collective.

Coaching taught me to serve individuals.
Sailing taught me to build trust.
Pathfinders will be the legacy that ties it all together.

I'm stepping away from supporting one person at a time to help build a place where everyone who believes in human potential belongs.

This is a time for humanity to come together and celebrate action.
Action to solve the challenges we've created.

And that's an adventure worth everything I've got.

It Gets to Be Fun

Embracing Joy, Responsibility, and Authenticity in Life

I recently did a podcast with Brooke Finlay, CEO of Navio Immigration, and a client I’ve worked with over the past four years. I thought the questions she asked provided me a chance to share some of the ways I approach supporting my clients, and how those approaches came to be.
